About

Deanna Lane is an adviser to CEOs, firm principals and senior executive teams on business development strategies. Her career spans 20 years in senior management roles and as a consultant to top tier law and accounting firms, financial services companies, engineering and construction firms as well as industry associations, professional education institutes and universities.

Deanna is a published author, keynote speaker and creator of the PowerUP series of executive education programs. A Master Trainer in Extended DISC, she uses this behavioural profiling tool in her mentoring of emerging leaders on their career paths.

Deanna is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Australian Institute of Company Directors, The Property Council of Australia, UN Women and the Queensland Symphony Orchestra Future Fund Advisory Board.

Throughout her career, Deanna’s work with the community has included several fundraising committees including Bell Shakespeare, Australian String Quartet, Bangarra Dance Theatre, Sydney Eisteddfod, Sydney Children’s Hospital – Randwick, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, YWCA NSW and as a Sydney Development Board Member of The Hunger Project.
