Amelia Lorentson is a Noosa Shire Councillor (2020–present), dedicated to community, environment, and responsible development. A Noosa local for over 25 years, she holds a Law degree, a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Labour Law, a Diploma in Legal Practice, and is a graduate of Mediation from the College of Law, University of Sydney. Amelia has worked as an Operations Manager and ran her own Employment Law consultancy. She received the Lions Club International Melvin Jones Fellow Award and serves as a Director of the Seahorse Inclusion Foundation. A passionate volunteer, she patrols with Noosa Heads SLSC and is a Surfrider Foundation member.
