Roving Restorers Working Bee – Noosa Chapter (Pinbarren)

Get involved in hands-on environmental restoration with the Roving Restorers Noosa Chapter and help improve biodiversity and ecosystem health at a Pinbarren property.

Join the Roving Restorers Noosa Chapter for a rewarding morning of environmental restoration in beautiful Pinbarren on Friday 5 June 2026.

Led by Noosa & District Landcare, the Roving Restorers program brings volunteers together to support restoration projects on private land throughout the Noosa Shire. These working bees play an important role in improving habitat connectivity, enhancing biodiversity and strengthening the ecological health of the local landscape.

This month’s volunteer activity will take place on a property in Pinbarren, where participants will assist with practical restoration works designed to support native vegetation and improve environmental outcomes across the region.

No prior experience is necessary, and all tools will be provided. Volunteers simply need to bring:

  • Gloves
  • Drinking water
  • Sturdy boots
  • Sunscreen
  • Insect repellent
  • Long-sleeved shirt
  • Long trousers
  • Hat

The exact property location will be provided to registered participants the day before the event.

Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or looking to get involved for the first time, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills, contribute to local conservation efforts and connect with like-minded members of the community.
