Noosa Biosphere Reserve - A celebration of community and environment.

Noosa Biosphere Workshops & Talks at Noosa Festival of Surfing

Noosa Biosphere Workshops & Talks at Noosa Festival of Surfing

As part of this year’s festival, the Noosa Biosphere Workshops & Talks are designed to inspire a deeper connection with Noosa’s blue biosphere.

Ease into your festival day before the action kicks off by dropping into one of these free morning sessions at the Noosa Main Beach Marquee.

Learn about surf culture in biospheres around the world, Surf Safe Noosa practices, iconic marine species and Noosa’s marine research program, songlines of the sea, and make your pledge to Noosa’s blue biosphere through art.

Through our marine research with partners UniSC, we can understand how our human activity impacts the natural world of our blue biosphere.

These sessions bring research to life, connecting community and conservation within our real-life living laboratory, our Noosa Biosphere.

Get involved. Be inspired. Live Like You Love It.
